Terms of Service
Arrival Time and Cancellation Policy –
For ease of service and the best experience we recommend clients arrive 5 minutes prior to their
scheduled appointment time. If a client is going to be late for their booking they should let the salon know by contacting via phone. In all cases where possible the salon will do their best to accommodate the client at either a different time in the day or give them an appointment for another day without incurring any fees. If a client does not give prior warning to their lateness their appointment will only be held for 10 minutes after the stated booking time, anything later requires rescheduling and a late-cancellation fee. This policy keeps the day running smoothly and any client who does come in late may have to accept an abbreviated service dependent on their original booking in order to ensure we maintain our standards for all clients. If a client wishes to cancel or rearrange their booking they can do so, provided they give minimum 24 hours’ notice, free of charge. If a client cancels or rearranges without the correct notice they may incur a charge. If a client misses their appointment without warning, up to twice, they may not be able to rebook for any services in the future and/or may incur a charge.
Packages
Treatments purchased as part of a package are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in mitigating circumstances where it was unknown that a treatment would be unsuitable for a client.

Health History and Illness
The salon will require a detailed medical history to be taken of each client for specific treatments, including SHR Laser, HIFU, hair colouring and others. In this, the salon is safeguarding clients and preventing and decreasing the risk of injury. Health history must also be taken for salon safety in order to prevent cross-contamination through surfaces and tools, this means staff may have to ask about current and previous infections. All tools will be sterilised after each treatment and only used on one client before each sterilisation to further minimise the risks involved. Health history will be recorded and stored in each client’s individual file but will not be shown to anyone outside
the salon staff and the client themselves, except in cases when the client is below the age of 18 where the client’s health information will only be shown to staff members, the client and the legal guardian of the client. In some cases certain treatments may require a doctor’s note to provide permission for the treatment to commence, the client will be told of this prior to their appointment, usually through a
consultation.
In the event that a client is ill and attends their appointment they may be asked to reschedule for another day in order to reduce the risk of spreading infection within the salon to staff members and other clients, this will be at the discernment of the manager of the salon.
Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, all client’s information, including health history and phone numbers, will be held securely and only accessed by the manager of the salon – who will pass the information to the staff members that require it if they are providing said client with a service.
All clients retain the right to request at any time prior, during or after their treatment(s) for their information to be destroyed. Information will never be sold or shared to any third-parties.
Refunds
Appointments may require a deposit of up to £30 depending on the service, this will be payable by the client on the day of booking or up to a minimum of two days prior to the appointment day. If a client misses their appointment and has already paid a deposit, this deposit will be non- refundable. Any payment made to the salon after a service will also be non-refundable, except in certain circumstances. These circumstances may include a service breakdown on part of the salon, where the client returns within 3 days of their original booking, here the client may be offered a
repair of the service and/or a refund (at the discernment of the manager). If the client is dissatisfied with the treatment on the day they may be offered a refund (at the discernment of the manager) and/or a 20% discount on their next service. For specific services, including HIFU and SHR Laser, the client will pay the treatment cost either on the first session or as part of a payment plan set up by the salon manager. Each client will have their own original treatment plan for these services, these treatments vary from individual to individual
and so the salon cannot offer a guarantee of effectiveness. In the event that the treatment is completely and/or partially ineffective the client will not be eligible for any form of refund.
Right to Refuse Service
The salon retains the right to refuse service to anyone, without providing a reason, at any point, including prior to, during or after a service.
